There is a request access button in the header of this page, you can click that and you will have to enter your name and email address, and the altar servers in your family. Your entry will be reviewed by an admin and you will get an email when you are granted access. Then you can set your password.

This is the work of a busy individual, and I may not have time to expand it to include multiple schools / churches, especially when considering I'd have to support multiple schools / churches.

I am currently playing with calendar features. Currently, gmail won't let you import multiple events from an email, but importing directly into the calendar will work. There is a third party tool for adding the events to a calendar that is incorporated into the site, it should work for everyone.
